Stornierungsbedingungen: Full refund of fees if cancellation is made at least 30 working days before the date of the event. 50% of the fees are due if the cancellation is made between 15 and 29 working days before the date of the event. 75% of the fees are due if the cancellation is made 3-14 working days before the date of the event. 100% of the fees are due if the cancellation occurs within less than 3 working days after the date of the event. In the event of an event that ends earlier than expected, the customer is still required to pay the full amount as agreed in the final quote.
If cancellations are required due to restrictions caused by the corona pandemic, the customer can postpone the rental date at no additional cost.
