Könnten Sie mir bitte sagen, ob es unbedingt notwendig war, eine Grundreinigung dort durchzuführen, wo die Leute essen? Es wurde versprochen, dass sie im Restaurant essen würden, aber stattdessen haben sie im Foyer gegessen, während die Mitarbeiter dort eine Grundreinigung durchgeführt haben. Das Mikrofon hat zeitweise nicht funktioniert, und Ihre Mitarbeiter haben lange gebraucht, um zu kommen. Außerdem war das bestellte Essen überhaupt nicht schmackhaft.
