• Two separate private suites with Bathroom, couch, work desk, mirror (makeup room, bridal suite)
• Elegant architectural details of exposed brick, terra cotta flooring, and vaulted ceilings

It’s absolutely perfect, when you would like to host a corporate celebration, such as an anniversary, christmas party or product launch party. The rental of this corporate event venue in NYC includes the use of our huge catering prep-room with professional-grade equipment allowing for preparation (warmer’s, ice machine etc.). There is a back in-loading dock which leads in to the kitchen, a convenient feature which caterers absolutely appreciate. Besides, our open vendor policy lets you work with whomever you want to create your perfect event. Of course you can also get our list of vendors with which we often work, as they know our space well.
