A swanky conference room/lounge perfect for managerial meet-ups or less-formal get-togethers. Black tiles and turquoise walls are offset by the warm wooden tones of the conference tables and other furniture. Provides an extra level of privacy and comfort with quality vintage seating, private lavatory, and fully equipped kitchenette.
It is suitable for workshops or team events of any kind here - it does not necessarily have to be a business meeting. The space is unbelievably bright, on the one hand through much daylight and on the other hand through the strongly reflecting white ceiling, which is equipped with many lights, almost like a starry sky. The interior in the meeting room of the Ahoy Berlin is classy, interspersed with many design quotes from the 1960s and immediately gives a feel-good climate in which it works perfectly. Also very practical are the tables with wheels on the feet, so you can quickly choose the right table arrangement that suits you. The conference room is 65 square meters and is ideal for up to 35 people. Alternatively, the whole space consists of several rooms, so other rooms can be rented.
Ahoy Berlin is barrier-free accessible to all your guests and has a very fast Wi-Fi network. If you are interested, you can book a video projector and a flipchart on this booking page - so your room is fully equipped for your event. What about catering for your guests? During the lunch break, you can leave the building and dine with your guests in a restaurant. Alternatively, you can order a complete catering at the Ahoy Berlin - also on this booking page.
This conference room in Berlin is very easy to reach by public transport, as the Ahoy Berlin is centrally located in the Brunnenviertel, in the border area of the districts Berlin Wedding and Berlin-Mitte. Just get off at the subway station Bernauer Straße and with a walk of three blocks, you will be there. The area around the fountain district is absolutely Berlin-style, the famous Mauerpark is just around the corner and many exciting bars, cafes, and restaurants as well.
Getting to the location is easy either by car or by public transport. The U-Bahn stations Voltastraße and Bernauer Straße (U8), are only a few minutes walk away. The tram line M10 also stops at the latter, which allows you to reach Berlin Central Station without detours.
The room could be rented out of the regular renting hours, which should be additionally negotiated.
Before 9am and after 6pm an overtime fee of 25,00€ will be charged additionally per hour.

The venue is great and comfortable. But the lunch was dry and especially the vegan option was not good at all. The fridge with water in the meeting room was off until we arrived, so no cool water on a hot day. But overall it was all okay. Thanks!
