If you would like to rent a seminar room, then this location in Ahoy! Berlin is perfect for your project. The bright room is almost entirely in white and offers no distractions when you want to work in a concentrated and focused way. On the other hand, the minimalist, monochrome design encourages you to let your creative thoughts run free. A large conference table allows lively conversations and the leap over the edge of the plate, thinking outside the box.
Young, creative companies and start-ups like to rent this seminar room in Ahoy! Berlin to get a fresh breeze outside the familiar office space. Often renting a seminar room is connected with the desire to take in new points of views and perspectives. But no matter if you want to rent the room to present new ideas or to get a project going with a creative workshop: This room offers space for up to 50 people and is barrier-free accessible by elevator. The many large windows spoil you with daylight and if you want to work in several groups, two adjacent sibling rooms can be rented together with the seminar room.
The technical equipment at Ahoy! Berlin also leaves nothing to be desired: For example, if you want to rent a seminar room to hold a training session, this is no problem. For a small extra charge, all technical wishes can be realized and easily booked together with the seminar room. You can use a beamer as well as flipchart, metaplanwall and whiteboard. Wifi is of course included if you want to rent this conference room. Catering can also be provided on request. Besides cold and warm drinks you can also order breakfast, lunch, dinner and an afternoon snack.
Ahoy! Berlin is located in the middle of the Brunnenviertel, in Berlin Mitte, the underground station Voltastraße is only a few steps away. You can reach us from the main station in less than 20 minutes with the tram line M10. From the Bernauer Strasse stop it is only a few minutes walk to the seminar room. If you would like to immerse yourself in the history of the capital, you can do so on foot from Bernauer Strasse, for example, to the Berlin Wall Memorial.
The room could be rented out of the regular renting hours, which should be additionally negotiated.
Before 9am and after 6pm an overtime fee of 25,00€ will be charged additionally per hour.

Raum, Ausstattung und Hilfe bei IT-Problemen sind spitze. Nur Catering ist noch „verbesserungswürdig“ – bspw. gibt es zu Kaffee und Kaltgetränken nur Pappbecher (Gläser wünschenswert). Das Mittagessen wurde zur bestellten Uhrzeit nur „vor den Raum gestellt“, Warmhaltmöglichkeit fehlte (oder wenigstens Bescheid geben, dass es sonst kalt wird). Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden eine Weiterempfehlung aussprechen!

Wir haben das erste Mal über Spacebase gebucht. Daher hatten wir auch viele Fragen, standen oft in Kontakt mit dem Team. Alles konnte für uns geklärt werden, es lief reibungslos. Gern buchen wir wieder über Spacebase. Dank an das freundliche und schnelle Team :) .

Man hat uns kurzfristig vor Ort einen anderen Raum zugeteilt, der aber genauso aussah und aufgebaut war. Nach anfänglicher Verwirrung war also alles gut.
