Located in the heart of Chelsea, our spacious third floor gallery consists of three loosely divided rooms with high ceilings, large windows, natural lighting, and a view of the High Line, offering the perfect space for art exhibitions, photo and video shootings, receptions, fashion events, promotional events and more. This corporate event venue in NYC is perfect for any kind of creative company, who is looking for a space up to 150 people, to blow away all guests with an unforgettable event!

For some additional fees, you can rent a projector, tables, chairs and coat racks, speakers and microphone, pedestals during your stay in the Chelsea corporate event venue. Naturally, we can also help with arranging catering options, which should be discussed in detail, to make sure everything will be planned effectively on the day of the event.

Chelsea is a vibrant district of NYC and absolutely matching the artsy vibe which is felt within this location. Any visitors from out of town will love seeing this district and all its surroundings. They can really conveniently be accommodated at the McKittrick hotel, which is only a few minutes walking. Reaching the corporate event venue in NYC is rather easy, as you can either arrive at Pennsylvania station or use subway lines A, C, E, 1, 2, or 3, after which you will only need to walk for a few minutes.

We offer daily rates strictly from 10am to 5pm for $1400 . Off hours and weekends are $250/hour. Weekly and monthly rentals are negotiable. We require a refundable security deposit of $500. Cleaning fees ($120~) will be deducted from the deposit. We will exchange signed agreement after receiving the deposit. No DJ's and loud music. The music sound will be determined by the venue host. Low sound lounge music is acceptable. No hard liquors. Wine and beer are recommended.
