Host your next corporate event in this beautiful, spacious Manhattan venue with a high ceiling and unique mezzanine. Perfect for cocktail parties, networking, fashion presentations, product launch and holiday parties. Capacity is 150 guests for a standing cocktail event, 75 in theater style seating, 70 runway seating, 55 round table seating, or 28 in horseshoe style seating. This NYC venue's total size of 2500 square feet, a 16 ft high ceiling, 12 ft high windows , a 350 sq-ft mezzanine is perfect for creative customization.
Located in Union Square-Flatiron District, this venue will have all necessary amenities during your event. Chairs, an open kitchen, tables for bar and food setup, cocktail tables, a 19’ x 14’ HD digital projector, a professional sound system, secure and high speed Wi-Fi, basic lightning with color and a studio manager. At an additional charge, you could choose to have coat racks and hangers, furniture, bar staff and security, photography and catering. The booking must include min 2 hours for setup and cleanup and the security deposit is $2000.
