The COWORKSTATT meeting & workshop space is part of the COWORKSTATT in the ITF Innovation and Technology Center Frankfurt-West, an up-and-coming commercial location for traditional and innovative SMEs. The ITF-West is a hub for companies from craft, trade, production and services, actually with a focus on construction, pharmaceutical / medical technology, building technology / automation, health, and several sports offers.

The COWORKSTATT, designed by Franken Architects, has become fully equipped by the owners and is now ready for usage. Design and implementation consider the latest ergonomic and practical knowledge. It already fulfills the increasing demands on modern office work environments: at the same time promoting productivity and flexibility, health, sustainability and affordability.

The COWORKSTATT meeting and workshop area is an independent space with approx. 110 sqm, which includes a three-part conference room of ca. 60 sqm, a small lounge (ca. 15 sqm), a catering kitchen (ca. 8 sqm), and associated sanitary rooms. The rooms are flooded with sunlight due to their very large windows facing south and west, which can also be shaded at any time using external blinds. The furniture is highly flexible and is therefore suitable for classic meetings (up to approx. 30 people with conference furniture) as well as for trainings, small group work, lectures (up to approx. 60 people), and design thinking workshops (6 m whiteboard wall surface), The area is barrier-free and accessible by elevator.

The atmosphere is characterized by the Pop Architecture graphics designed exclusively for the area, with retro-futuristic motifs in bright primary colors, matching ceiling elements and colorful pillows and chairs. This is stimulating and tidy at the same time, making the space suitable for many different user groups.

The large screen, flipchart, pinboard and powerful guest WiFi are provided with every booking at no additional cost. Additional meeting equipment (flipchart paper, projector, whiteboard pens, etc.) can be brought along or booked for a small additional fee. A small outside space equipped with bistro chairs and tables and surrounded by hedges complements the friendly, creative atmosphere addressing small and medium-sized companies.

The COWORKSTATT is perfectly connected to the airport (8 minutes by car) and Frankfurt Central Station (12 minutes by car, 17 minutes by public transport), and only 4 km from the Frankfurt Messeparkhaus. Bus and tram stops are practically in front of the door, the S-Bahn station Griesheim (1 station from Frankfurt Central Station) can be reached by bus in 7 minutes, 10 minutes on foot, the motorway feeder B40 to A3, A5 and A66 is only 400 m away.

The ITF-West is surrounded by a variety of retail stores (including Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, the well-known Frische Paradies with event catering, UniElektro, Toom hardware store, Rossmann, Görtz, Adler, ATU, Cine-Star) as well as numerous sporting, gastronomic and service offers, all within walking distance reachable.

There are numerous parking spaces available both in the vicinity and on the premises, of which COWORKSTATT's own can be rented separately for events (subject to availability).
