We want your conference to be a success and are confident that it will be if you decide to book our Manhattan meeting room rental. You will get to experience a top meeting room rental in this popular coworking space. The room can naturally also be used for seminars, conferences, brainstorming sessions and more. This Soho venue is located in a brand-new building with a very contemporary and stylish exterior. Large windows from floor to ceiling will not only let in plenty of natural light, but also allow you to enjoy precious views over Broadway and Howard. The recommended number of guests is 1 to 10 as they can then all be seated. In total, 20 people can fit in the meeting room for rent, 10 people would be standing, 10 seated.
The atmosphere in this space is very professional. Our aim was to create a welcoming, no-nonsense meeting room. We have maintained a clean and minimalistic approach for this meeting room rental to ensure a focused and attentive atmosphere for your presentation. For a more interactive setting feel free to write on the walls and even the table as this NYC meeting room includes Dry Erase equipment to support brainstorming sessions of any kind! It’s a fun and inspiring experience to be able to write down your ideas wherever and whenever they occur! That is why the place is perfectly suitable for an enterprises who wants to have a more interactive corporate meetings with a unique setting in order to increase productivity and creativity.
In terms of connectivity, our meeting room is equipped with state of the art A/V equipment including Apple TV and Chromecast. Water and coffee are already included in the rental price, with the ability for us to order you a hot lunch or the freedom to bring your own food.
We know that the location is very important for meeting rooms for rent, especially in NY. The location of our meeting room in Soho means that cool restaurants, hip fashion stores and a variety of museums and art galleries are only meters away. You should really plan to take advantage of this beautiful area and explore it after your meeting! You can easily reach our location with NYC public transportation system. Subway stops of line 4, 6, R, N and Q in direct vicinity.
Doors open at 10am and close at 6pm. The front desk attendant is there weekdays from 8am to 7pm.
The wellbeing, comfort, and productivity of our members remains our top priority amid the emergence of this new normal.
Elevators, Lobbies, Meeting rooms, Restrooms, Printing stations and all other communal spaces will have: Clear signage to emphasize the importance of distancing, hygiene and cleanliness as well as undergo frequent cleanings/sanitizing.
Restrooms are equipped with hands free soap and sinks. Disinfecting wipes stations are placed throughout high traffic areas. HVAC and Air Quality is regulated and routinely maintained to ensure the delivery of fresh clean air into all of our spaces. All filters are changed on a monthly basis.

Definitely a less than average experience. Check in took a while because they didn’t have our reservation. While we requested a flipchart, markers, audio, all there was were chairs and tables. No instructions for WiFi so had to bother someone else on the floor. Coffee is just access to a Keurig in the common area and water is from the tap. Room got hot from the sun and vents were blowing warm air. Had better experiences through Breather, so will be going back.

The room itself was 5 stars and big even though it wasn't what I booked. So what happened was, I booked the room using your Instant Booking feature for a meeting space I wanted the next day. It turned out that the space wasn't available for the times I wanted, even though your website says it was. I received a call from you early the next morning saying that you could put me in a different conference room in the basement. This sounded terrible, but I needed space as I had an important meeting. The room turned out to be great, the woman I talked to on the phone from SpaceBase was super helpful and apologetic, but you shouldn't offer Instant Booking if in fact it isn't Instant Booking. It felt like a bait and switch, even though everything turned out ok and I was happy with the room.

There was a mix-up on the conference room I was initially assigned. Originally I was told 6th floor #600 and then Spacebase somehow changed it without notifying me. Because of this, my meeting was interrupted by 2 groups of people, at different times, who also thought they had the space. Coffee service was pathetic and embarrassing - instant without decent fresh milk.

Thanks! Fantastic service, great people to work with, clean and super space. Only piece of feedback was the dry erase wall didnt seem to erase too well, so we brought in a separate white board. All were happy, and will book again ! Matt
