- Cancellation by the 28th calendar day before the agreed start of the event: The customer shall not be liable to pay any remuneration
- Cancellation up to the 14th calendar day before the agreed start of the event: The customer must pay 50% of the agreed remuneration plus statutory VAT;
- Cancellation up to the 7th calendar day before the agreed start of the event, The customer must pay 70% of the agreed remuneration plus VAT;
In the event of a later cancellation, the customer must pay the entire agreed remuneration plus statutory VAT.
