Discover our extraordinary location "The Balance" as an ideal location for events and appointments of all kinds. The space offers you comfort and all the amenities you desire. For example, the space has often been rented for group work, business dinners or teambuilding events.

Even a beamer and a screen can be easily rented here. Thanks to the large windows, the room is particularly bright and very inviting. If you want another break area, this space is well suited, because it has an additional breakout room.

Cologne Central Station is the nearest major train station in the area and is 2.28 km away. Anyone who prefers to travel by plane, for him or her, Cologne/Bonn Airport is an option at 18.27 km away. It is also not far in the direction of Moltkestraße. You have the possibility to arrive comfortably by car, because there are some parking facilities nearby, which you can use during your stay.
