Cancellation policy:
Full refund of fees if the cancellation occurs at least 30 working days before the event date. 50% of fees are due if the cancellation occurs between 15 - 29 working days before the event date. 75% of fees are due if the cancellation occurs 3 - 14 working days before the event date. 100% of fees are due if the cancellation occurs within less than 3 working days of the event date. In the case of an event finishing earlier than expected, the client is still obliged to pay the full amount as agreed in the final cost estimate.
If any cancellations must be issued due to restrictions caused by the Corona pandemic, the client can move the rental date without any additional charges.
