Our meeting room is located in our office in the old customs office above the old goods depot in Heidelberg. We are an eventlocation for music, art, culture and business events. In this athomsphere you are able to creativly develope your ideas.
The meeting room is comfortably useable by 10 people. Included in the rental price are flatscreen TV, flipchart, moderation suitcase, coffee, tee and water. Certainly also our printer with scanner/copier and our kitchenette can be used.
Additional rooms are available. Feel free to ask us in this matter. We also offer to organize catering in form of breakfast, sandwiches and snacks. We can also recommend you nearby restaurants and reserve a table for you for lunch or dinner.
Ideal traffic connections (6 minutes to the main station or tram, bus stop in front of the house) and enough parking spaces nearby round off your sucessful event.
