Forum | Informal and Formal Events
Our "Forum" meeting room is the biggest in our facility and is able to host both informal and formal meetings in which a large variety of topics, workshops and training can be given. The Forum has a little podium and is ideal for presentations and speakers, vibrant discussions and dialogues, movies and many more types of events. It is also connected to our outside terrace and overlooks the Oosterpark. What's truly ideal is the connection this room has with our "Plaza" which is a great space with a café where you can have drinks (bookable from 5 p.m.) after you finished your event.
Opening hours are from 9am-6pm but the meeting spaces can be user after hours at a small fee, please enquire regarding this.
The Forum space is connected to our other Meeting Rooms and can serve as a Break-out Room after a productive session with the team. It is rentable for the following prices:
4 hours: €650,-
8 hours: €1.180,-
add. hrs: €170,-
