Description

This arty venue is designed as a multi-functional space for any kind of event. Hire this space for a unique meeting, located in the bohemian heart of Barcelona, ​​in the Gràcia district, built in a classic building of the nineteenth century that retains its original structure. This former dairy factory has now become sober and warm thanks to a reform that kept intact vaulted ceilings, stone walls, wooden beams and cast iron columns, along with a successful combination of contemporary materials. Spacebase offer this luminous venue with high ceilings and three different spaces that lead to a covered patio.

HOURS VARY according to needs 9h to 22h with the following conditions:
 Sundays and holidays hourly rate "day or night" + 30% and minimum budget of 250 euros.
 To add to the rate: post-event cleaning fees, 12 € / hour (budget / type of event)
 In case you need to remove and store furniture and decor throughout the premises, a charge of €250 per event will be applied.

Renting the space after 20h00 is more expensive, 39€/hour

Terms:
 Returnable deposit for all types of events:
* 20 % of the total budget for events of more than 1500 euros,
* 250 euros for smaller events.

Please note that there is a cleaning charge of 12 EUR/h after the event. Prices also change after 8pm.
