Description

A versatile 1500 sq ft space, that can accommodate multiple purposes including private meetings, workshops, trainings, conferences, exhibits, and events. The Gallery space is a self contained suite, offering even more privacy for groups that require exclusive space for a long session. We understand that business equipment is a must to make your corporate event in Oakland a success. Provision of an LCD projector and screen, but also a whiteboard are free of charge upon request. If you prefer to have a flipchart, we charge $35 for the easel, paper and markers. Multiple tables are available with desk chairs. For small groups, coffee, tea and water are served free of charge. Larger groups will be charged $100 for coffee and tea for a total of 25 people, and $50 for water pitchers for 25 people, including refills.

Located in the San Francisco vicinity, Oakland California comes as a cool and nearby alternative to boost your creativity and get you and your colleagues in the ideal mindset to brainstorm and maximize your meeting appointment. This location truly is at the heart of the action; squeezed in between Cathedral Building and Henry J. Kaiser Memorial Park. There is a vast selection of restaurants (and bars) all around this Oakland conference room which will satisfy your group with no doubt; Mexican, Spanish, Italian, pub grub; you can have it all within minutes.

Open Monday through Friday, 8AM to 8PM. Weekends are flexibel as the venue can be booked whenever and will be staffed accordingly. If you and your guests do not wish to tidy the space after use, $100 will be charged to cover the cleaning fees. This fee however can include seating arrangement before arrival or a need for early setup.
