This spacious and comfortable meeting space in NYC is your opportunity to have one of the most effective meetings you have ever had. The central location and the bright design of this room, will contribute to making your guests motivated and inspired to participate to the meeting in the best way they can. You will for instance be able to invite up to 8 colleagues to talk about an upcoming project and brainstorm about all incoming ideas. Especially your senior partners will appreciate the professional and corporate atmosphere within the building.
To make sure your guests also feel comfortable during your stay in the Midtown meeting space, we happily offer coffee, tea and water free of charge for all attendees. Naturally, organizing a lunch will be our pleasure as well, at some additional charges. This basically means you and your guests can stay in the corporate meeting space for as long as you want, without ever having to leave it and be disturbed!
In order to let you present your ideas to your team, we have equipped the NYC meeting space with a TV screen and flipchart, which can both be made use of free of charge. If necessary, you can also make use of a projector and screen, which can be rented at some additional charges. Thus, you will have everything you might need to make this meeting an efficient one!
The meeting space in NYC is located in Midtown, the vibrant city center with many facilities close by. This means you can have a break in the Bryant Park or go for drinks after, which your colleagues will most certainly appreciate. Besides these advantages, it is also very easy to reach the meeting space, as you can use subway lines 4,5, 6, 7, N, Q, R & W and you will only have to walk shortly to reach the location. If you have anyone visiting from out of the city, they can easily be accommodated at one of many hotels around, such as the Roosevelt or The Mansfield, both located around the corner.
