Cancellation policy: We ask that 50% of the invoice is paid upon agreement, net 30 days. The 50% is considered a deposit and will not be refunded should the event be cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to the event. The remaining 50% is invoiced upon delivery of the event.

Located on the Ground Floor in our building, our room offers plenty of light and a custom setup (based on your requirement) for up to 40 attendees. It is ideal for creative collaboration, ideation sessions and workshops. The room is equipped with high-quality AV, including a projector, built-in sound system, microphones, built-in lapel microphones complimentary high-speed WIFI as well as future friendly table accents and stationery.
You will have access to a private events lounge area located on the same floor for complimentary organic coffee, tea as well as water and catering. Our passionate events team can tailor a catering menu that suits your tastebuds - you can expect sustainable, organic, fresh, and local touches to our proposed menus and we always like to throw in a little something future friendly to make your dining experience with us extra special!
