Description

This is the perfect conference venue in Berlin to work and meet for smaller teams at an amazing price in Berlin Kreuzberg. The meeting room is ideal for seminars or meetings up to 8 people, featuring a large rustic table that invites you to conduct exciting and productive discussions.

This is a self-service space. This means you’ll be doing your own check-in and check-out at the location, and you’ll also help yourself to any extras you ordered. Please read the following information to get the most out of your stay and feel free to pass it on to your team:

Access: For the check-in, we’ll send you a link to your cell phone number you provide in your booking. This link will open our digital lock on the door. Your name or company name will be written on the door of the corresponding room.

Wifi: Network: Is included in the price. This information you also find at the location on your table.

Drinks: Water is always for free at our Space. If you want to add drinks to your booking, please add them when you are filling out the form. You will find the drinks in our simple equipped kitchen.

Extras: If you need any extras, such as flipchart, TV or facilitator box, please state it in the form of your reservation. At the location we have 2 Flipchart and 2 Facilitator boxes. The small meeting rooms have a TV mounted on the wall and the large workshop room is equipped with a beamer.

Catering: There are many great restaurants that offer lunch menus just around the corner. If you need recommendations, I can tell you some popular spots which are no more than 5 minutes away on foot. You also have the option to order catering.

And lastly, we’d really appreciate it if you could please clean up after yourself and leave the space neat and tidy. Dirty dishes can be placed on the trolley in the hallway and please return furniture to its original position. The next booker who checks in will be very grateful.

This conference room is in the heart of Kreuzberg Berlin; two minutes walking-distance you will find the Subway Station Görlitzer Bahnhof (U1 and U3) and 5 minutes way the station Kottbusser Tor (U1, U3, U8). Alexanderplatz is 10 minutes away by public transport.

Please keep in mind that there is no cleaning service included in the price and we are not personally at the location often.

IMPORTANT: You are renting only the meeting room, not the common area of the office. This room is not suitable for separate group activities.

Staff was super nice. Overall there was nothing that could affect our work. A couple of things could have been better, like coffee and marking on the outside as it was difficult to find. The lunch that was organized was quite healthy but the snacks were super unhealthy, i did not even touch them. Fresh milk instead of long term milk for coffee would be appreciated.

Orga und Raum standen schnell, ordentlich und kurzfristig (habe 1,5h voher gebucht) zur Verfügung. Raum ist gut ausgestattet und sieht genauso aus wie auf dem Bild. Kleines Manko: es schallt arg in dem Raum.

Leider war es viel zu kalt. Die Heizung hat es nicht geschafft den Raum komplett aufzuheizen. Die Auswahl an Tee könnte größer sein, vor allem wenn man bedenkt, dass man dafür extra zahlt.

The communication with the spacebase staff was great, as always, as well as the directions. But the space as such was not what I expected having seen the pictures. When I entered the location, I felt reminded of my days as a student living in a shared flat. Everything seemed a bit chaotic/uncleanish and a bit half baked. There was almost no toilet paper when I arrived. The glasses/cups (I brought my own tea) didn't seem clean and I could not find a sink other than the one next to the bathroom. There, I could not find dish soap. The coaching room as such was fine. However, none of the two keys in the locker outside the location opened my coaching room door. I spent a couple of minutes trying the open the door and finally decided to check out the other room. In the meeting room, next door, I found a key, tried it, and it fit. Luckily, I was there early enough. All in all, I have to say that I booked places for the same price at an allover much higher quality. I feel lucky that my client is very relaxed and didn't mind the circumstances, but I would not bring another client to this location. Sorry :(
