This is the perfect room if you are looking to have a workshop or a coaching event.
The room features a large desk in the middle that can be separated into three and a breakout area with lounge chairs.
As a sharing economy startup, we at Spacebase live what we preach and rent out our very own room. The venue is located in a typical startup office in the backyard of an old industrial building. While the outside looks rough, the room itself is warm and welcoming.
This is a self-service space. This means you’ll be doing your own check-in and check-out at the location, and you’ll also help yourself to any extras you ordered. Please read the following information to get the most out of your stay and feel free to pass it on to your team:
Access: For the check-in, we’ll send you a link to your cell phone number you provide in your booking. This link will open our digital lock on the door. Your name or company name will be written on the door of the corresponding room.
Wifi: Network: Is included in the price. This information you also find at the location on your table.
Drinks: Water is always for free at our Space. If you want to add drinks to your booking, please add them when you are filling out the form. You will find them in our simple equipped kitchen.
Extras: If you need any extras, such as flipchart, TV or facilitator box, please state it in the form of your reservation. At the location we have 2 Flipchart and 2 Facilitator boxes. This room is equipped with one beamer.
Catering: There are many great restaurants that offer lunch menus just around the corner. If you need recommendations, I can tell you some popular spots which are no more than 5 minutes away on foot. You also have the option to order catering.
And lastly, we’d really appreciate it if you could please clean up after yourself and leave the space neat and tidy. Dirty dishes can be placed on the trolley in the hallway and please return furniture to its original position. The next booker who checks in will be very grateful.
Please keep in mind that there is no cleaning service included in the hore and we are not personally at the location often.
IMPORTANT: You are renting only the meeting room, not the common area of the office. This room is not suitable for separate group activities.
Two minutes walking-distance you will find the Subway Station Görlitzer Bahnhof (U1 and U3) and 5 minutes way the station Kottbusser Tor (U1, U3, U8). Alexanderplatz is 10 minutes away by public transport.

Professional setting. Helpful people. Would definitely recommend. If there were more details on how guests will feel about getting to the final point of meeting, it would be great, as it might be very confusing and perhaps for some, even a bit frightening, to find.

Perfect place for a one-day offsite. Well located in a nice office. Easy to get entrance. Everything inside we ordered in advanced. Very bright and calm.

The beamer was crap, hardly worth the 5 €. No FullHD, screen size much too small even at maximum distance to wall. Gladly I brought my own as a backup, without that one we couldn't have worked effectively. You definitely need to replace that beamer.

The staff members are very nice and helpful, and although we had language and cultural differences they managed to help and answer our needs in a good way :)

I specifically booked a room for 20 people and stated it in my hire request but there were only 10 chairs (13 if you count the orange sofa chairs). The sound from the projector was appalling. Far too expensive for what I actually got which did not meet my needs and negatively affected the credibility of my business to my clients. Not impressed!

Guten Tag, der Raum selbst war halbwegs zufriedenstellend. Die Küche insbesondere Wasserzubereiter und Kaffeemaschine waren sehr schmutzig. Das Geschirr war mit unansehnlichen Wasserflecken vom Geschirrspüler versehen. Es müsste dringend erneuert werden. Die Mülleimer im Seminarraum sowie in der Küche waren noch vom Vortag mit Müll gefüllt. Die Toilette selbst, der Boden und das Waschbecken waren schmutzig. So wie die Location hier präsentiert wird ist sie in keinster Weise. Wir haben bevor unsere Klausur begonnen hat alles selbst geputzt. Der Nachmittagssnack (Nüsse) standen noch vom Vortag und waren geschmacklich entsprechend.

Unfortunately, electricity and internet suddenly went out during the morning. It took quite some time to get hold of someone to fix it (about 45 minutes). This affected our workshop negatively.

Dear Adriana, Thanks a lot for a very nice organization! The room is well-equiped, very stylish design. We had everything for a productive meeting. The only small minus is that it was in the third floor without a lift:-)

The venue is a really good value for price. The room itself is beautiful, just as in the pictures. Perfect for an IT Workshop (where people bring computers, too) for 9 people + 1 presenter. The host is nice and responsive, for me she solved everything I needed. The downside of the venue is that there is only 1 bathroom. Also, it's a bit tricky to find for first time, so I recommend to create a quick google screenshot based map for the participants! I'd book it again.
