It is perfect for smaller companies, as well as for bigger companies who are looking for something outside their own office without having the possibility of being disturbed.
Besides the effective interior and central location of this meeting room in NYC, all the needed amenities and extras will be available for you. At an additional charge, you can get coffee, tea and lunch and also water free of charge. The NYC meeting room is located in a wonderful place, as there are many facilities in the direct vicinity. You will find multiple bars and restaurants around the corner, as well as the Union Square and Madison Square Park, which are both perfect to get some fresh air and have a short break. Visitors from out of town can quickly have a look at the Flatiron Building, which is around the corner. They will also want to check out the Empire State Building which is in the direct vicinity as well. For them, the multiple hotels in the area, such as Flat Iron, Marriott and Chelsea Inn, will be a big advantage. You can reach the venue by making use of subway lines 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6.

I already sent an email to Alexie, but here's my feedback: Our group had a terrible experience at the Chelsea boardroom at 33 West 19th street. The room was dingy and not worth the amount. The kitchen was dirty and when my colleagues went to get water, actual dirt came out from the water cooler. The staff was uninformed and unprepared and were not right away aware that our group had the room. The person there wanted to finish eating breakfast before helping us... Lastly, when booking to the room I checked off to get a projector, screen, and whiteboard (all free) but in the room, there was only a white-screen and a projector. The projector crashed our computer 3times and had a loud buzzing noise which kept disrupting the meeting. Also, the projector was projecting to a whiteboard which was too small to capture the whole screen. We had such a terrible experience, please reconsidered working with this space again. Also, we would like more of a refund for the second day since some amenities were missing, staff were clueless, and simply the terrible experience. Answer from the space's owner: We sincerely thank you for the detailed feedback from your unsatisfactory experience at our Chelsea location. There is no excuse for the service (or lack there of) that you experienced. We always strive to provide top notch service to each and every person we host, and we have taken your review very seriously. We apologize again that our water filtration system was not working during your rental. While we were able to provide complimentary bottled Voss water as a substitute, we understand the frustration in finding certain amenities not up to par at the time of your visit and this has since been fixed. Further, we have also taken steps to provide training to the entire staff at that location in addition to scheduling an after-hours training session across the board for all of our front desk team members. We are also in communication with Spacebase and will work with them to ensure that the details for the room rental are more detailed so as to avoid future confusion. We will make sure it is clearly stated that there are office hours when our team is onsite to assist guests, so that anyone needing accommodation earlier than 9am will know it simply needs to be communicated to us prior to the day of the rental so arrangements can be made. Given that your experience was less than ideal, we would like to offer to host your next meeting on us at a location of your choice.
