About Weber & Partner Consulting AG Zürich - Meeting 2

Unfortunately, immediate or direct bookings (definitely book without inquiry) are not possible with us. But we usually respond to your request immediately and you can also inquire during office hours 5 minutes before the scheduled start of the session if something is free. Planning a session early in the morning, late in the evening or over the weekend? Ask us, we will do our best to make it work!
We are located directly at the main station of Zurich - 30 meters from the HB!

It is entirely up to you how you want to organize yourself:

> Each room is equipped with an air purifier with NanoProtect HEPA and activated carbon filter, which removes up to 99.9% of viruses and aerosols from the air.
* Maximum number of people with safety distance in this room: 7 people. Up to 9 persons are possible with full occupancy.

This practical room with a view of the main station and the Zürichberg is suitable for meetings up to 9 people. Seating: Block
By the way: We have two other offers at the same location: Meeting1 (same size, different layout) and 1 workstation for 1 person in the coworking room. See details at the bottom of this page.
This room is perfectly suitable for meetings, seminars, workshops or training events, whose participants arrive from different directions.
The room is equipped with WLAN, flatscreen* (HDMI, various adapters available), flipchart and whiteboard. Self-service mineral water* and coffee* (participants are allowed to bring their own). We can also organize croissants and sandwiches, but you may also bring them with you. The secretariat is there for questions and also for printing/scanning/copying*.

We are located at Bahnhofplatz, just opposite Zurich main station, ideal for public transport users and cyclists. But there are also parking garages nearby!
Bookings outside office hours, on weekends etc. are possible with certain restrictions. Just ask us!

Absolute recommendation! The meeting room is central and the service is really great! Only a small note: It may be that the TV in the room is not compatible with the laptop. But in that case a beamer will be set up quickly & easily.

Very suitable room for expected 15 people, finally we were 11 people. Water and coffee was available (payment by bill later). Location as promised directly opposite the train station. Handover of the room worked great, appropriate information by person on site. Additional external catering also worked out, corresponding bowls could be picked up the next day. The aperitif from Orient Catering was super and as finger food easily feasible in the room.

Nach einem Raumwechsel waren wir sehr zufrieden, freundliche Betreuung und reibungslose Technik. Einfache Ausstattung, aber funktioniert alles. Praktisch beschreibt es prima.

Absolute Empfehlung! Der Meetingraum ist zentral und die Betreuung wirklich grossartig! Nur ein kleiner Hinweis: Es kann sein, dass der Fernseher im Raum nicht mit dem Laptop kompatibel ist. In dem Fall wird aber schnell & unkompliziert ein Beamer aufgebaut.

sehr passender Raum für erwartete 15 Personen, schlussendlich waren wir 11 Personen. Wasser und Kaffee stand zur Verfügung (Bezahlung durch spätere Rechnung). Lage wie versprochen direkt gegenüber des Bahnhofs. Übergabe des Raumes hat super geklappt, entsprechende Information durch Person vor Ort. Zusätzlich externes Catering hat auch geklappt, dazugehörige Schalen konnten am nächsten Tag abgeholt werden. Der Apéro von Orient Catering war super und als Fingerfood problemlos im Raum durchführbar.

We are looking forward to meeting you! The booked room is located in the building Bahnhofplatz 9 (corner Bahnhofplatz / Löwenstrasse, next to Hotel Schweizerhof). The entrance to the building is at the front of the train station, in the middle of the building (to the left and right of the entrance is the toy store "Franz Carl Weber"). We are located just opposite the Zurich main station (HB), ideal for public transport users and two-wheelers. It has public parking with parking meters, limited to 1-2 hours parking time (partly also only 30 min.). Parking garages nearby: Globus, Urania, Central, Sihlquai and Gessnerallee.
