The room itself was wonderful -- fit for exactly how we needed to use… meer weten The room itself was wonderful -- fit for exactly how we needed to use it. However, the building is very poorly managed. Leading up to my reservation, I was trying to get in touch with questions -- I called and emailed several times, tried their help chat and eventually just showed up at the space to ask my questions. I was put in a different room than I was told I'd be in. The space opens at 9:00, but there was no security person to let anyone into the building until at least 9:30 every day. No one greeted me or check me into my reservation -- I had to hunt down someone who worked there to give me wifi information, basic info, etc. Some of the extras we tacked onto our reservation were not provided to us. And then, at the end of the first day of my three day reservation, I was told that we would need to empty out our room because someone else had it booked it (double booked it) overnight. tl;dr this was a fantastic room in a poorly run building.
