Everything that makes it authentic has been preserved as it was in the beginning: its oak parquet floor, its mouldings or its old fireplaces decorating the three spaces with 4 meters high ceilings as well as its 10 meters long illuminated balcony ideal for smokers. Everything is there for each event to be unique and exceptional, all the spaces have been fitted out with a refined and design style.

The flat can be rented for evenings and weekends. Prices will be communicated upon request and the night time hours are from 5pm to 1am.

For your dinners and cocktails, we will make a quotation at your request, according to your desires and your budget. We work with the best caterers in Paris, including one of Maître Ducasse's collaborating chefs.

The Haussmannian building is equipped with a lift.
