This bright and functionally designed workspace offers a pleasant and quiet working atmosphere in an area of approx. 15 m². The room is furnished in a modern style and is ideal for concentrated work, video calls, or small meetings.
The centerpiece is an electrically height-adjustable table that can be used flexibly as a sitting or standing workstation. The workspace is complemented by a comfortable meeting sofa, which is perfect for informal meetings, quick consultations, or relaxed conversations. The furnishings are deliberately minimalist and high-quality—functional, modern, and clear in design.
Thanks to the large windows, the room is flooded with light and offers plenty of daylight when the weather is good, creating a productive and pleasant working atmosphere. This allows you to work in a focused yet relaxed manner. The location is in Munich's Maxvorstadt district and is fully accessible via an elevator. A friendly service team is also available on site to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. Regular opening hours are weekdays and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. For use outside these hours, please contact the respective booking service.
The location is centrally located and very well connected. The nearest underground station, Theresienstraße, is about a 5-minute walk away, making it easy and convenient to reach the workplace.
