About Business Center Airport Leinfelden-Echterdingen - Meeting room 3
You can rent this functional meeting room in the Stuttgart area for your next team meeting or use it as a seminar room. The interior design is in classic office style and underlines the functional orientation according to the design concept "design follows function". The room has a total area of 50 m² and, depending on the table arrangement and seating, offers good space for 5 to 15 guests, in the case of a theatre or parliament table arrangement even for up to 25 people. The standard table arrangement is a U-shape, which can be changed according to your wishes - please write a message to the room provider in advance to discuss this briefly. The chairs are comfortable even during longer session marathons and invite you to work intensively at the bright tables. The large window front allows natural daylight to enter the room, providing your event with lots of energy.
In terms of technology and event equipment, everything is prepared here for professional seminars and meetings; a strong WLAN provides you and your guests with the necessary digital data during the event and a flipchart is at your free disposal for the presentation of your seminar contents or for the visualisation of your joint brainstorming sessions. You can book additional equipment for your event online right here and it will be available for your event in the room, e.g. a beamer with screen, a presentation case and even a lectern. You can also practically order the catering online on this booking page and enjoy it as lunch right on site with your guests.
A big advantage of the location is that it is very centrally located in the Stuttgart district of Echterdingen, in the immediate vicinity of the Echterdingen S-Bahn station. If you are expecting guests from other cities, which is often the case with seminars, arriving by plane has the great privilege of having a 10 minute walk from Stuttgart airport (or 5 minutes by taxi).
