Cancellation policy: NYCSCC facilities are booked and configured specifically for you as indicated on the reservation form. Our rooms, computers, software, display systems, PA systems, internet access, and any other resources are allocated exclusively for your session. Therefore, we must strictly adhere to the following policies concerning cancellation and rescheduling. Your organization may cancel or reschedule your facilities reservation up to 2 (two) weeks or 30 days (depending on the type of event) before the scheduled date without penalty. At any time thereafter, you are responsible for 100% (one hundred percent) of the fee. There is a $100 (hundred) per day event day, non-refundable fee on all bookings processed. Your signature at the bottom of the Facilities Reservation Form indicates your authority to enter this agreement, your understanding of this policy and that you agree to comply, including full payment of any applicable cancellation or rescheduling fees.

Patrons have easy access to the Conference Center via the F and M subway lines (Exit at 23rd Street). Upon arrival enter through the 71 West 23rd Street lobby and building entrance on the south side of 23rd Street (at 6th Avenue) directly opposite Best Buy! All parties booking events through this listing must strictly comply with the Venue’s policies on building security as well as the stated rules per the listing on total occupancy per room as indicated through the booking terms and the agreed upon number of attendees. This includes provision of a roster of attendees provided no later than three business days before an event, with all attendees having suitable picture ID available for presentation at the Venue’s building security desk as a condition of admittance. Our guests can come right up to Suite 901 after going through Building Security via presenting suitable ID (Driver's License or some other form of Picture ID) where our event staff will be ready to greet all comers!

We happily provide you with plenty of extras, to make sure your time in this NYC seminar room is an absolute blast. You can reach the NYC seminar room with plenty of public transport methods, for instance subway lines 1, 2, A, C, E, N, Q, R and W, after which you will only need to walk shortly to reach the venue.
