Organising your event in Amsterdam
The picturesque waterways and beautiful bridges of Amsterdam rival even that of Venice. The city’s individual character has been retained in its low-rise, red roof buildings that have not let garish architecture or irresponsible development ruin their unique charm. It is no surprise then that Amsterdam’s historic 16th-century canal network, which makes up much of the inner-city, was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2010.
The lack of traffic and abundance of canals give Amsterdam a wonderfully relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, something which is reflected in the tolerant attitude of the local residents. Many cafes, restaurants and bars have utilised their waterside locations with charming seating areas or terraces, perfect for summer events.
