Therefore we happily facilitate water, coffee, and tea free of charge for all visitors. When necessary, we can also arrange several lunch options, to make sure you can stay in the meeting space without interrupting the session. When ordering catering services, we would kindly ask you to get it on your own from downstairs when it is being delivered. Regarding technical equipment, we can provide you with a screen (for projecting) and a flipchart upon request for free.
