Clean. Dynamic. Professional. You will feel right at ease when you book this spacious workshop studio in NYC, which can be used for company meetings, workshops, photo shoots and presentations. This historic building built in 1868 in Union Square was renovated to its present design in 1999. Now, with its 16’ ceiling and 12’ windows with full blackout and linen curtain, this sunlit workshop studio in NYC is an inviting place to meet. In this 2500-SQ FT room, you can fit up to 55 people round a table seating, 28 in horseshoe style, 70 runway style, 34 classroom style, 75 theater style, 80 banquet style, or 150 for a standing cocktail event. It is a perfect venue for companies looking for a big room, to host a team event for a large group of people in the middle of NYC.

The workshop studio in Union Square has staff on standby to assist and answer any questions. The all- inclusive package pricing is for a meeting up to 50 guests except for food catering. We welcome outside caterers or can assist in finding the right caterer for you. There is all day hot coffee/tea, bottled spring water, assorted organic milk and plant-based creamers. The beverage service up to 50 persons is included, it will cost you $12 p/p for each additional guest. There is an open kitchen and 2 stainless steel 6’ tables available for catering. Besides the tables for 50 guests, these additional tables are available for your use and when necessary you can get additional chairs for $9 each. The security deposit costs a $1000.

Regarding equipment and amenities, the NYC workshop studio offers a professional sound system, a stationary digital HD projector (19-ft x 11.5 ft, 265 ”), a wireless microphone, two bathrooms, coat racks with hangers and the cleaning fee is included. The loft is a private space with two secure high speed Wi-Fi networks and the studio is equipped with 100 Amps 5-Wire, 3 Phase Electric. The large wide-screen projection and surround sound provide an immersive experience, as also your presentation can fill a 2-story screen. You will also have access to a unique 2nd level space overlooking the main floor, the mezzanine, which is perfect as an additional breakout space. Please include time for preparing, testing, and cleanup for your meeting and all materials must be taken with you at the end.

Union Square is a vibrant neighborhood centrally located in NYC. The Green Market, retail shops, dining venues, and public transportation are all nearby. The closest subway stations have lines 1, 2, 3, N, R, Q, 4, 5 and 6. If you have anyone visiting from out of town, they will absolutely love this buzzy area where they can also conveniently be located in one of the many hotels nearby, such as the Chelsea Inn or Gramercy Park Hotel. Make sure you don’t miss out on this unique venue, where even companies such as American Express, Unilever, MTV, L’Oreal, Delta Airlines and Tom Ford have been to meet.
