Description

Founded in 1999, this historic landmark was actually built in 1868 on Broadway in Union Square, which now can be used for multiple event purposes. Host your next event in our spacious corporate event venue with a unique mezzanine and high ceiling. It is utterly suitable for any corporate event, but also for fashion presentations, social gatherings, photo shoots or film screenings. In total, 150 people could be suited for a standing cocktail event, 75 in theater style seating, 70 runway style, 55 round table style, or 28 in horseshoe style seating. The corporate event venue in NYC has a total size of 2500 square feet, a 16 ft high ceiling, 12 ft high windows,a 350 sq ft mezzanine and there are two bathrooms.

Next to the beautiful design of the Union Square corporate event venue, all necessary amenities will be available during your stay. There will be 25 chairs, an open kitchen, tables for bar & food setup, 3 cocktail tables, a 19’ x 14’ HD digital projector, a professional sound system, secure and high speed Wi-Fi, basic lightning with color and a studio manager. At an additional charge, you could choose to have coat racks and hangers, furniture, bar staff and security, photography and catering. The booking must include min 2 hours for setup and cleanup and the security deposit is $2000.

This customizable space is one block up from Union Square, a lively neighborhood centrally located in the heart of New York City. You will be able to find many restaurants and bars for your break or get-together after the meeting, but also a park to get some fresh air. It is easy to get here, as trains 1-2-3-N-R-Q-4-5-6 stop in the direct vicinity. Don’t miss out on this wonderful corporate event venue in NYC, where even clients such as American Express, ESPN, Unilever, MTV, Fuji TV, L’oreal and Tom Ford have been for an event.
