Cancellation policy: Cancellations will be accepted free of charge up to 3 days in advance. In the event of cancellations up to 2 days in advance we will charge 50% of the invoice amount; up to 1 day in advance we will charge 75% of the invoice amount and in the event of cancellations on the day of the reservation we will charge the full invoice amount. The receipt of the cancellation is decisive for the calculation of the cancellation period. This must be received within our business hours - otherwise the receipt oft he cancellation will be considered on the next opening day. The cancellation conditions for individual catering may deviate if necessary.

On weekends and for bookings past 18h during the week a premium of 50% for space rent and €90,- for service staff is charged per hour.

Location ist wirklich super und der Service war auch sehr professionell. Das Catering hat einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis von Menge und Auswahl leider nicht entsprochen. Positiv wäre es wenn der Kunde auf das catering mehr Einfluss nehmen könnte.
