Zeigt der Nutzer den Ausfall der Nutzung bis 4 Monate vor dem Nutzungsbeginn an, so werden keine Kosten berechnet.
Zeigt der Nutzer den Ausfall der Nutzung innerhalb 3 bis 4 Monate vor deren Beginn an, so sind 30% des Entgeltes zu entrichten.
Zeigt der Nutzer den Ausfall der Nutzung zwischen 2 und 3 Monate vor Beginn der Nutzung an, so sind 50% des Entgeltes zu entrichten.
Zeigt der Nutzer den Ausfall der Nutzung weniger als 2 Monate vor deren Beginn an, und kann OHLSDORF- DER PARK daher die Räumlichkeiten nicht mehr anderweitig vermieten, so ist das volle Entgelt zu entrichten. Bei einer anderweitigen Verwendung sind 50% des Entgeltes als Stornierungsgebühr zu entrichten.
