Coffee & Tea
Located centrally in the funky Woolloongabba and occupying the whole of the upper floor, this space offers 2 large fully fitted out dance studios. There are brand new in-wall barres and mirrors in both studios and each of them is air-conditioned, with timber flooring. The space also has a separate change room/kitchenette. There is onsite parking and plenty of street parking around. The studio is close to public transport, only a 5-minute walk away from Woolloongabba Bus station, a short trip from the city, and a minute drive to motorway entrance. There are ample variety of cafes and shops nearby.
This space would be ideal for dance and fitness classes. It is usually available for hire morning and day time throughout the week and sometimes on weekends. Weekday evening and weekend availability upon further agreement.
