Project office and meeting and conference room with a relaxed and efficient environment.
The office has a simple and pleasant atmosphere and is used as a project office, for working and for meetings. There is a very large meeting room where conferences, lectures, negotiations, training courses and presentations can be held. The room has 6 windows on both sides and offers a lot of light and space, the ceiling lighting is also very good.
The room is used for optimal project development. In addition, there is another conference table and an individual office in which one can withdraw for work and consultation, thus creating a completely healed and closed project office, which is rarely found in this form.
The simple rooms are accentuated by simple furnishings and create the best possible focus on the desired work processes. We have deliberately taken care to create an informal atmosphere or not a playful environment. It is a very pleasant room to work in. A small kitchen and cloakroom, as well as a separate men's and women's toilet create a uniform place with a feel-good character. The kitchen is fully equipped as usual, a Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee is available and included.
The office as a whole, with a large conference room and the three small individual offices connected to it, make a highly efficient project office possible. The individual offices are equipped with high-quality but simple glass furniture and ergonomic Steelcase V2 chairs and Steelcase side chairs. The conference room offers a conference table for up to 12 people. The picture shows only the smaller version. We provide all desired arrangements for room and seating.
The technical equipment includes a HD beamer, whiteboards, a Sonos music system and high speed internet (40 Mbps upload and 400 Mbps download), as well as LAN cabling for all rooms. A mobile and fixed whiteboard and pens are available.
The space can be rented by the day for conferences or meetings, even the whole office. However, when rented, the office is always free of other visitors, so you can move around freely in all areas. In the foreground is a simple office for lightness and neutrality, it is suitable nevertheless or just because of that for the illustration of creative processes. Thus all work can be carried out. The premises themselves create a pleasant focused work without building up pressure.
The connection is excellent. Parking spaces are available free of charge in the neighbouring building, but parking spaces can also be found in public spaces in the immediate vicinity. There are two tram and underground stops directly in front of the building, where you can get to the city centre and the main station within 10 minutes. Connections to the airport and trade fair are optimally available. There are many restaurants, kiosks, snack bars, bakers and a Rewe in front of the door. Hotels are also available within walking distance.
The operators can be reached at any time and bring along important experience for a successful outcome.
