Welcome to our location. Our lavishly designed studio is located on a 22.000 square meter site called Spreestudios, which is enclosed in the Rummelsburger Bucht inlet by the river Spree, only ten minutes away from Ostkreuz train station in Friedrichshain. The site was once the former municipal baths of Lichtenberg with up to 17.000 visitors a day. Today there are 100 studios, workshops and offices on the park-like waterfront site.
The studio with the function rooms and two rooftop patios encompasses 220 square meters over three floors. The ceiling height is almost nine meters with lavish panorama windows on two sides. The light-flooded studio is further equipped with underfloor heating, a custom-made kitchen, a shower and two lavatories.
This location truly impresses with an understated interaction of architectural contrasts. A subtle mediterranean feel combined with post-industrial charme is complemented with partly custom-made, premium furniture, and not just by chance. The concept of the location provides a space of personal individuality, so the rooms can be accomodated for each and everyones special needs and requirements. Due to the love for subtle details the location is perfectly suited for exclusive events, conferences and meetings as well as PR & Marketing events, unusual photo shoots and creative film projects.
