URBAN JUNGLE: 160qm pure light and plants provide a pleasant and creative atmosphere - inhaling the fresh oxygen produced by a lot of plants (jungle is growing constantly) ideas will flow as if walking through the woods.

The certain extra for your individual event! Why booking standard when you can go green? Our contribution: Green electricity, fair bank, recycling toilet paper and paper towels, textile towels, environmentally friendly cleaning agents and soap, fans / no air conditioning, glass bottles, organic soft drinks, fair trade coffee, local organic catering, good access to public transport
EQUIPPED: WIFI, on demand : projector and motor screen, 6 whiteboards / flip charts, 4 big pin boards, a Bluethooth speaker and toolbox. The kitchen is fully equipped with around 45 pieces of tableware (plates, bowls, cups, glasses and cutlery). If you like to cook check with us first which pots and pans you need. There is a fridge, too. You can find 2 bathrooms.
There are 5 big but lightweight tables (2,5m x 0,9m each) and 50 chairs that can be arranged like you need them for your event.

ORGANIC / LOCAL / WITH LOVE: We offer catering for breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee break with personal menu suggestion. Meat, vegetarian or vegan options.
Catering is only possible for reservations made at least 3 days before your event starts.

How enter the room?
/ / We operate with analog key boxes at the street gate and at the entrance door. With your booking you will receive a detailed description and your personal code. You can enter and leave the room at any time.
When can I check in?
/ / You can check in at any time during your booking period.

/ / Please remember to include the time for assembly and dismantling in your booking.

Can my reservation be extended?
/ / This is usually possible. Please let us know and we will contact Spacebase to add an extension to the system.

Can I adjust my booking, add extras or change the number?
/ / You can do that at any time. It is best if you inform us via email, phone or Spacebase chat and we will pass it on to Spacebase if the change is possible and have your booking adjusted.
Is someone on site?
/ / We do not have a reception, but can always be reached by phone.
How do you get to the location?
/ / U-Bahn: Hermannplatz (U7, U8), approx. a 250 m
How do my guests find the space?
/ / The space is in the 2nd backyard building and therefore somewhat hidden. Liane signs show the way. There is a bell on street level and a door opener.
We recommend: print out signposts with your name. You can simply fix them in the passages with adhesive strips.
Can I send parcels to you?
/ / Unfortunately not. We do not have a reception. In urgent cases we can possibly organize a delivery to a shop in the house.
Can I drop my materials in the backyard?
/ / You can drive your car through to the 2nd back yard and drop heavy stuff. The car may not be parked there.
Are there parking spaces?
/ / We do not offer parking spaces. You can park easily and free of charge in the nearby side streets. Or use the Karstadt car park: Hermannplatz 5-10, 10967 Berlin (400m).
Can we use the kitchen?
/ / Our kitchen is fully equipped and the dishes and cutlery can of course be used. We are happy if you turn on a dishwasher before you go. (Tabs are there)
Can we cook?
// Cooking is not a problem. Please be sure to discuss your project with us - we want to make sure that everything you need is there.
Can you set up tables and chairs according to my wishes?
/ / We usually clean the space alone. Only in exceptional cases we can prepare seating arrangements etc. Please plan with assembling time.

Great place - everything was prepared when we arrived and the caterer was coming in and going without us noticing much. Is a big space and can probably fit up to 30 people easily.

Everyone loved the space. It's one of those very Berlin experiences of wandering through dark hallways, then finding a secret place full of light and plants. Great equipment. Perfect instructions. I would definitely book again.
