160 m² full of light and plants create a wonderfully calm, pleasant and inspiring atmosphere. Our "forest" in the heart of Kreuzkölln grows every day and supplies the room with fresh oxygen. So new ideas grow by themselves and your event becomes a successful and positive experience.
It's not just our plants that are green. Sustainability is our top priority. So you can make a contribution to a better world with an event with us - electricity from renewable energies, fair banking, recycled paper, environmentally friendly cleaning agents and soap, no air conditioning, glass bottles with water from the region, organic soft drinks, fairtrade coffee, organic -Milk and organic oat milk, local organic catering with vegan menus, good connections to public transport.
We donate + 1% of our income to social projects and environmental initiatives.
THE SPACE :
The use is designed independently in every respect. The arrival works without contact with key boxes that allow you to come and go during the event. Everything is exclusive for your group - the well-equipped kitchen and sanitary area are also in the room.
INCLUDED IN EVERY BOOKING:
WiFi, projector with motorized screen, 5 tables (2.5mx 0.9m) and about 50 chairs, coffee, tea with self-preparation (simple filter machine + filter, espresso maker, French press), sugar and milk (oat milk also possible), vacuum jugs , Pressure cans, use of the kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator + small freezer compartment, kettle, induction hob, oven and crockery for about 40 people (small plates, large plates, bowls, cups, glasses, cutlery), 1 spare rubbish bag and of course toilet paper and paper towels, soap and disinfectant .

We offer drinks, breakfast, lunch, snacks and cakes with a fruit platter and dinner. With meat, vegetarian and vegan. Our organic caterer cooks everything fresh and fresh and is open to individual inquiries and menu requests.
Karl-Marx-Str. 17, 12043 Berlin, entrance through the gate, last building (yellow brick facade), stairs to the 3rd floor, right door. There is no elevator and no parking spaces in the yard. Hermannplatz underground station 250m (U7 / U8).
No parties, no loud music, no dance events. The opening times must be strictly observed. Any excessive time after 10 p.m. will get us in trouble as the operator and will be recalculated using the stated hourly rate.
Is there anyone on site?

How do I get the key?
/ We have key boxes with codes on all doors. After booking, you will receive a PDF with all the important information and your individual code. The keys must ALWAYS be locked in the boxes immediately after use.
When can I enter the room?
/ You can enter the room at any time within your booking period using the key boxes.
Assembly and disassembly
/ If you still want to prepare the room, these times must be integrated into the booking period.
I have questions about payment and billing!
/ SPACEBASE takes care of all matters relating to payment and invoices. We have no influence on this, but we are happy to put you in touch and forward questions.
Can I change or adjust anything after booking?
/ Of course, that's not a problem. Either you contact us or SPACEBASE.
How do my guests find the room?
/ LIANE is in the second back yard and is therefore a bit hidden. But there are signs that show the way and a bell with a door opener on the street. Nevertheless, we recommend that you bring your self-printed notices with the name of the event and affix them in the passages with adhesive tape.
Can I send parcels to you?
/ Unfortunately, this is not easily possible because we are not on site and the parcels will not arrive safely. But if you need an address for important deliveries, we can help you.
Can I drive into the back yard and unload materials?
/ Yes, that is not a problem with normal cars and small vans you can drive through to the building. Unfortunately, parking is not possible.
Where can I park my car?
/ We recommend arriving by public transport and bike. There are no parking spaces on the premises. But you can park for free in the surrounding streets. The car park v

Der Raum und die Ausstattung ist toll und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Check-in und Check-out war unkompliziert. Es war nur unfassbar kalt dort. Es wäre toll wenn der Raum vor Buchungen geheizt würde.

Beautiful space Marcus and Isabella have build up with Liane 1 and 2. We will come back for our strategy sessions with our company regularly. Very green&good energy with all the plants - really special.

Great place - everything was prepared when we arrived and the caterer was coming in and going without us noticing much. Is a big space and can probably fit up to 30 people easily.

Everyone loved the space. It's one of those very Berlin experiences of wandering through dark hallways, then finding a secret place full of light and plants. Great equipment. Perfect instructions. I would definitely book again.

We are close to the station 'Hermannplatz', underground lines U8 or U7. Coming from U8: On the street level have a look for 'dunkin donuts' and cross the road in this direction. (Coming from U7: Take the exit direction Karl-Marx-Straße.) Follow the street (Karl-Marx-Straße) straight on till you reached number 17. Enter the doorway through the metal gate on the left hand side and head to the very last building with the yellow brick facade. Take the stairs to third floor. RIGHT DOOR with a big 2.
